CCS’s Ironer Exhaust Fan package (IEF) lets customers safely ventilate exhaust through long duct runs. It uses similar equipment to the CCS dryer exhaust systems, but selected specifically for high-heat ironer exhaust carrying light lint debris.

How it works

• Greenheck OEM material handling blower paired with a CCS single-speed controller
• Turns ON when the ironer turns ON and runs at a single fan speed
• Operators can adjust speed up or down to balance airflow as needed
• Includes a pressure monitor to show fan balancing and flag exhaust malfunctions
• Blower fan can be installed indoors or outdoors

Typical package

• Material handling blower, sized to the ironer
• FC-GSX fan control — speed adjusted manually on the keypad, 3-phase with disconnect and UL approved housing
• SPM-B2 over-pressure alert with static pressure monitor
• Conduit and power provided by the installing contractor
